With over a decade of experience in the health, fitness, and soccer industries, Alex has dedicated his career to helping athletes and professional soccer clubs achieve their goals, both on and off the field.
Born and raised in Madrid, Spain, Alex's lifelong passion for soccer and health led him to pursue a career in sports. He stands out as a lifelong learner with a unique blend of education and sports science expertise. Alex holds two bachelor’s degrees and three master’s degrees, most notably his Master’s in Fitness Coaching from the Spanish Football Federation and his Master's in Injury Reconditioning from the Football Science Institute.
Throughout his career, Alex has worked with some of the world’s top professional youth academies, including Atlético de Madrid, Barça Academy, and Austin F.C. At Austin F.C., he served as the first Academy Director of High Performance.
Committed to sharing his knowledge, Alex frequently speaks at conferences, teaches classes at the Football Science Institute, and mentors young athletes. He holds a CSCS-NSCA certification, UEFA A Soccer Coaching License, and the Track & Field Coaching License.
In his spare time, Alex enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with his wife, family & friends, and two cats.
